Are you an Apple Store?

No.  MacNet is locally owned and operated.  MacNet is an Authorized Reseller, meaning we are authorized to sell Apple computers and various Apple products.


If my Mac is still under warranty, can I bring it to you?

Whether you have warranty or not, absolutely!  Our Apple Certified Mac Technicians are trained and authorized to repair Apple computers.  If your Mac is still under warranty, we are able to work under your AppleCare coverage, meaning there is typically no cost to you.  An appointment is not needed to bring in your machine.  Just head over to the Service Bar and ring the bell!


Do you service iPhones, iPads, or iPods?

For iPhones:  Unfortunately, not at this time.  If your iPhone is still within warranty or if you have AppleCare+, we highly recommend you contact Apple directly or your cellular provider.  However, we do carry charging cables, cases, and various accessories for the iPhone!

For iPads and iPods:  Unfortunately, we do not locally service the iPads.  However, we can determine if there is an issue and mail it to Apple on your behalf.  If your iPad or iPod is under warranty, there is typically no cost to you.  We also carry charging cables, cases, and various accessories for the iPad and iPod!
